**We never wanted to put these policies in place. Unfortunately, having too many last-minute reschedules leaves us with no room for new clients and leaves us struggling to find days for current clients.  Please understand the closer your appointment date approaches and you cancel... the harder it is for us to fill that spot resulting in an empty appointment time we could of having filled if we would have had enough notice.

Now we are left with an empty appointment time that for many appointments can be 3-4 hours long. We now lose out on that time and have to take up another slot by rescheduling you. One person doing this wouldn't be bad however when we have multiple clients doing this monthly can really hurt a small business like us. We really hope reading why we had to put policies into place will help you understand. NUDETATU may waive any of these fees at any time. However, it is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. **

WILL A DEPOSIT BE REQUIRED?

New Client Non-Refunding Booking Fee of $25-$100 dollars depending on the treatment being booked.  The deposit will be applied to your treatment.

WHY IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We are a busy studio and put a lot of passion and time into our work. No calls/no-shows really do hurt us greatly as we block out a good chunk of time for every appointment scheduled. Due to several of these happening, we, unfortunately, must now implement a New Client Non-Refunding Booking Fee of $25-$100 dollars depending on the treatment being booked. Your full booking fee will go towards your treatment on the day of your appointment.  We hope you all understand as we really do love our clients, and you will see when you visit us that we are more than just a business, and you will love it here!

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR RETURNING CLIENTS?

If you are a returning or current client, no deposits are required to book your follow-up appointments.  

WHEN WILL RESCHEDULING FEES APPLY? -
Rescheduling fees will occur 100% when a No-Call/No-Show occurs FEE of $250 or 50% of the treatment cost, whichever is less

A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours' notice will require a $250 rebooking fee or 50% of the treatment cost, whichever is less. Or if you are not willing to pay the rebooking fee, you may opt to be put on the waitlist for a last-minute opening to come up, and we want to fill the spot. 
IMPORTANT -  this notice may be given as short as the day before up to a week before.. depending on our availability

 

All we ask is for you to communicate with us, and we will work with you as much as possible. However, No-Call/No-Shows will incur a minimum of $250 fee or 50% of treatment cost, whichever is less. It is also at NUDETATUs discretion if we waive any fees associated with rescheduling

 

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Sessions are booked for 4hr time blocks or less depending on the treatment. If a certain day allows us to provide a longer session, we will, but it is not guaranteed. 4 hr seems to be a good amount of time for our clients, and you don't normally want to go longer than this per session as numbing cream wears off, and pain receptors are heightened.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REQUIRE LONGER THAN 4 HRS?

If additional sessions are needed for multiple areas requiring more time, this will be done at no additional charge to you and still be counted as the same session
If a certain day allows us to provide a longer session, we will, but it is not guaranteed.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATION POLICY?

 

NEW CLIENTS

A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. 
No Calls/No Shows for new clients - 
The card you provide, you are provided as your pre-authorized card on file in case any fees are owed due to the violation of our policies. In the case that your appointment(s) is/are canceled or adjusted due to the violation of our policies, 50% of your scheduled service will be applied to the card you have provided on file. If you choose to continue with treatment after a no-call/no-show, a deposit will have to be made.

* showing up for your appointment and deciding not to have services performed will result in a charge of 50% of services scheduled.

WHAT IF I AM SICK?

If you are feeling sick within the 72-hour period, we ask you, please reschedule and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can transfer your deposit. Please note, cancellations on the same day as your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of total procedure costs or $250, whichever is less.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit or rebooking fee will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WILL I RECEIVE AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS?

We will go over basic aftercare instructions with you in the office and send you home with aftercare.

**ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Before treatment, I will prefill out the Medical Form available online before my session
and will ask any questions I may have prior to treatment

I have been informed and understand that those procedures are not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received; all transactions are final. All pre-paid packages are non-refundable.

I understand that results may vary from client to client. Multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired results.

 I understand that whilst complications from those procedures are rare, they can and sometimes do occur.

I will not hold 2020NUDETATU/ THE AESTHETICS COLLECTIVE LLC, and its associates responsible for any risk associated with their provided treatments, as I am fully aware of my understanding, and I am still willing to be treated at my own will. I accept responsibility for any complications that may occur and thereby absolve 2020NUDETATU/THE AESTHETICS COLLECTIVE LLC, and all of its associates of any blame resulting therefrom.

I understand that 2020NUDETATU/ THE AESTHETICS COLLECTIVE LLC and any of its associates reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

I have read, understand, and agree to all the above policies of 2020NUDETATU/THE AESTHETICS COLLECTIVE LLC. I agree and understand that by booking my appointment, I am giving consent and preauthorization of all debit/credit cards provided to 2020NUDETATU/THE AESTHETICS COLLECTIVE LLC to be charged accordingly per their cancelation policies and service transactions.
